The milk thistle plant (Silybum marianum) is part of the Asteraceae family and is native to the Mediterranean.
Throughout history, milk thistle has also been used to treat liver and gallbladder issues. Research has also explored its potential to protect against neurodegenerative diseases, cancers, diabetes, and heart disease

Instructions
1 cups of water
1 Teaspoon milk thistle
Simmer:
Allow the coffee to simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
Strain and Serve.
You can add honey (or other sweetener) directly to the kettle.
Limit your intake to 1-2 small cups daily.
