اسباب
عام وائرل یا بیکٹیریل انفیکشن، نزلہ زکام، فلو، قبض،نظام انہظام کی خرابی، سانس کے انفیکشن،حمل ،ہارمونز عدم توازن، دواؤں کے ضمنی اثرات، شراب یا منشیات کا استعمال، السر،منہ کی درد، نفسیاتی وجوہات،گردوں کی خرابی،جگر کی خرابی،کینسر، طحال (تلی) کے درمیانی راستے میں رکاوٹ ہونا، تیل میں پکائی گئی اشیاء کا زیادہ استعمال، دیر ہضم اور گیس پیدا کرنے والی غذا کا بکثرت کھانا
علاج
لیموں کی شکنجبین، ادرک کا رس، انار کا رس،کالی مرچ،انجیر بچوں کو کھانے میں دیں اس سے بھوک میں اضافہ ہو گا
سنڈھ ،اجوائن، پودینہ، الائچی چھوٹی کا قہوہ بنا کر دینے سے بھوک خوب لگتی ہے
